We recommend booking at least 2-3 hours in advance for city rides and 24 hours in advance for outstation trips. However, we also accept last-minute bookings based on vehicle availability. Contact our support team for urgent requirements.
βWhat is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. No-show cancellations will be charged 25% of the booking amount.

We accept multiple payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and online bank transfers. For corporate bookings, we also offer monthly billing options. Payment can be made after the trip completion.

For multi-day outstation trips, customer is expected to arrange driver's basic accommodation and meals. Alternatively, the driver allowance of βΉ400 per day covers these expenses and the driver will make his own arrangements.
